I really enjoy working with people and tackling all the problems and challenges that come my way on a day-to-day basis. With a focus on personalized service, competitive rates and customer satisfaction, I’m always working to exceed my clients’ high standards and expectations.
I started working in Atlanta in 2009, and can honestly say I have never looked back. Maintaining my reputation as a reliable Translator means making sure my clients have complete and total confidence in my services, and I’m proud to be recognized as a dedicated professional.
I am a daughter of an attorney, who also operated an accounting firm, and a family with several attorneys—more than thirteen years of translation experience and linguistic education. I am a self-taught professional. I have worked in various areas, from advertising and marketing to business administration, management, legal, financial, and accounting, due to my extensive experience in these industries; I have in-depth knowledge of terminology and industry procedures.
One of my most vital qualities is my close connection to the English language and culture. My fluent American English comes from an extended period of living and studying in the United States for about ten years.
I am interested in international affairs, travel, and the opportunity to use my language skills in a global environment. I have dual citizenship as a Brazilian and Italian citizen, which means I love to travel and miss Italy, of course, daily. I have, throughout my life, immersed myself in various cultures. My work experience also reflects my versatility as a translator.
In addition to Law School in Brazil (UniCeub University) and English Studies in an American University (Kennesaw State University), my diverse work experience and command of several languages make me familiar with idiomatic and formal language usage at handling technical vocabulary in both oral and written language.
My experience also includes Financial Audits of companies in aviation, ethanol, food and beverage, sugar, retail, and telecommunications sector. Branch offices of Ernst & Young, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
As a leader, I believe in developing a people-first culture that prioritizes fairness, integrity, and empathy. I am passionate about bridging the gap between business and people. I surround myself with professionals who are driven by similar principles.
With that in mind, after thirteen years of being a freelancer in the language industry, I have the skills and the mindsets, and dispositions needed to be successful and an effective service provider for my existing and potential clients.
